“Huge shoutout!” to the newly formed Teammate Action Group “TAG” at Raritan Valley Surgery Center for helping to arrange the kick off for the Patient Safety Culture initiative. The “TAG” team was formed to focus on employee engagement and quality of work life. TAG organized the very first, themed town hall meeting at RVSC titled Paciente del Seguridad para Cinco de Mayo! Translation: Patient Safety for Cinco de Mayo!
